You can create an Online Free-Play Session directly from the main menu, post-match screen, or while searching for a game. Psyonix, the creators of Rocket League offer a variety of cosmetics and customization options allowing players to decorate their cars to style on the opponents in their matches. Moreover, numerous cosmetics are exclusive to events that players can get either by participating in the event or purchasing the bundles from the store before they get removed.

Rocket League Season 17 Release Date
Rocket League Season 17 launches on December 4, 2024 will bring new Online Free play feature and a new Shokunin Car Body and Neo Tokyo Arena. The new season will include brand new game modes including Online Free Play, Free Play Party LTE, and the limited-time mode Split Shot. Moreover, a brand new Premium Rocket pass and a remake of Neo Toky Arena is coming with Season 17.
Rocket League Online Free Play

There’s a ton of ways to customize the experience, too! The Soccar, Hoops, Snow Day, and Dropshot Game Modes are accessible, along with all the Arenas already available in offline Free Play. There are also boost options and goal reset settings to play around with.
Free Play Party LTE
Celebrate the arrival of Online Free Play with the Free Play Party LTE! Going live from December 4, take the opportunity to practice and complete two challenges to unlock the Power of Friendship Title alongside the stylish Black Dieci Wheels!
Split Shot LTM
New Split Shot LTM is a fun new mode which changes 3v3 Rocket League. The teams are divided across each half of the field and players are required to score long shots. Both of these LTMs are playable on the Neo Tokyo (Arcade), DFH Stadium (Snowy), Mannfield (Snowy), Beckwith Park (Snowy), and Utopia Coliseum (Snowy) Arenas, and will be available from December 10-17 in Dueling Playlists.
