First Map  – Haven

EDward Gaming was banning maps and they chose Ascent and Icebox to be banned from the series. They started the game by choosing Haven as their first match.  Despite Haven being chosen by EDward Gaming and they prepared for their map and tactics, Team Heretics dominated Haven. KangKang gave a stunning performance on the first map from EDward Gaming. However, RieNs was the best player in the first match, he scored 17/10/6 carrying TH to victory in Haven with a score reaching 13-6.

Second Map – Sunset

Team Heretics’ pick was Sunset and they have one of the best stats and playstyle on the map being the most dominant team on this map. But once again, the competitive show of Valorant and the skills of EDG come into play and they switch the map around. EDG scored the victory in Sunset with a score of 11-1 in the first half and finished the second half with 13-4 tying the series to 1-1. KangKang once again showed his over-skill above every other player scoring 22 kills.

Third Map  – Lotus

Lotus was next map in the Valorant Champions 2024 Grand Finals. The first half was really neck to neck coming to a tie at 6-6. TH have been really comfortable and calm throughout their performance and body language in the finals. However, EDG’s S1Mon destroyed Benjyfishy the Fortnite pro player, and MiniBoo in round 20, helping EDG to win the map with a score of 13-9. CHICHOO was phenomenal in Lotus scoring a whopping 27 kills.

Fourth Map – Bind

Bind was chosen to be the fourth map and the best map in the series. It was the Valorant gameplay and true skill shown by both teams leaving fans in awe. TH scored another match after a hard-fought battle with their insane map knowledge and patience. Bind came to an end with the score being 13-11.

Meanwhile, the last round of Bind is going to be one of the best epic rounds in Valorant esports history. With the spike on the plant by TH and EDG in a timed moment to score the round, KangKang once again showed his skills. KangKang scored an Ace in the final round but they lost the round to the spike timer going off and finally losing the map and TH scoring another map in the series. Making the series to go its full potential in the final game with both teams scoring 2-2 in the series.

Final Map  – Abyss

Now, it all came down to the final match in the series which was Abyss Valorant’s newest map.

Surprisingly, EDG had a very good first half and they were dominating the whole half in Abyss. However, TH did a great performance in the other half and picked up momentum. They won five consecutive rounds and narrowed the score to 11-9.
