Diablo IV: Season 7 PTR Release Date, theme and more

Diablo IV Season 7 is getting a PTR server ahead of the official servers launch for the new season. This will be the first season to be launched and included in Vessel of Hatred. It will be similarly tied to the DLC as Season 6 is. However, both base game players and expansion players will be able to jump in Diablo IV Season 7 and upcoming PTR.

Season 7 is set to have 2025 in motion with more content. The hunt for Mephisto is set to take a toll for Season 7. Season 6 for Diablo is set to end on January 21, 2025 meaning the new Season 7 will be starting on that time. Keeping in mind the past updates for Diablo and its Seasons it makes complete sense. New Season 7 will help you learn Witchcraft and finally become a Witch. This was one of the most requested features and lore-related gameplay players wanted in Diablo.

Diablo IV Season 7 is only a few months away and Season of Hatred is going to be the game’s longest season. Devs have shared roadmap for next year in the recent Campfire Chat that Season 7 for Diablo IV will be coming next year. However, there is still no confirmed start date and time for the new season. Theme for Diablo IV Season 7

Powers of Witchcraft will play a role in Season 7 after being introduced in the PTR. This means that Season 7 could be called the Season of Witchcraft and lean heavily into that theme. As Infernal Hordes stuck around in Season 6 after being the theme of Season 5, we expect this will continue into Season 7. However, we don’t yet know if Season 6’s gimmick, the Realmwalker events will continue into the new season.

Season 7 might have a new Storyline which will continue after the events where Vessel of Hatred left off.
