Riot Games’ agenda for Valorant VP prices is to be One price for all. In a recent announcement and update, the in-game store for Valorant Points is getting a price hike once, again. Valorant in-game skins are one of the main selling points of the game. Everybody loves a good animated Vandal or Phantom skin. Reaver Vandal is one of the fan-favorite skins in Valorant. To buy these skins, bundles, and battle passes you require Valorant Points (VP).
Another in-game currency in Valorant is Kingdom Credits, which was recently added to the game. These credits can be earned by playing games and having a separate store. You can buy exclusive Player Cards, Sprays, and Gun buddies from Kingdom Credits.
Valorant has regional prices for its players in different regions. However, due to players abusing different regions to purchase VP for cheaper, VP prices are getting a hike in such regions. Riot is also updating VP packs and how much bonus VPs they will reward you for purchasing.

Why are regional prices for VP increasing?
Riot Games is taking measures to increase prices in different regions to maintain disparity across the regions. Different regions have different prices which makes prices for VP inconsistent. Riot is trying to minimize this by hiking such region prices up to standard prices.
Doing this will lower the chances of players trying to dodge the system and buy cheaper Valorant Points from different regions with lower VP prices using VPNs. Some people are also abusing this and selling such Valorant Points for higher profits on different marketplaces.
Some players from such regions are also frustrated by these VP price hikes from Valorant. They are ensuring that it is to maintain a fair pricing system globally for the game.
Bonus offer on VPs till new Prices
Riot Games is taking cautious steps to ensure that the transition to newer VP prices is smoother in all regions. For this process, they have introduced a new bonus VP offer which gives extra VPs until new prices take effect on September 18, 2024.
For example, the 2025 VP bundle will now give 2200 VPs including 1900 VPs and 300 bonus VPs. This was before 1900 VPs and 150 bonus VPs.
