Riot has finally released a trailer for its new Sentinel Vyse. It was supposed to be revealed at Valorant Champions 2024 but due to a massive number of recent leaks, Valorant finally decided to make an official statement for their brand new Agent Vyse.
Vyse will be added to the game with the Episode 9 Act 2 Collision. Episode 9 Act 2 is coming the next day of Valorant Champions 2024. With the soft rank reset and a new Sentinel, the competition to get to radiant rank will be more fun.
Vyse is a great Sentinel to control enemy duelists from aggressively entering the sites and making space for the team. Vyse will be viable to slow down enemies and use her metallic floral abilities to fight back. Vyse is finally going to add on more wait to Sentinels in Valorant and break the meta. She has a uniquely balanced of defensive and offensive abilities. Vyse is not necessarily a passive agent but she can swing to take down enemies.

How to Unlock Vyse?
In order to unlock any new agent in Valorant, there is a progression system that was introduced in Episode 7 which requires you XP to unlock a certain agent. To unlock a new agent, there is an event in the game for that agent’s release. You will need to have a total of 200,000 XP in the time period of 28 days to unlock Vyse.
However, there are some more methods in Valorant to unlock a new agent. Here are all the ways you can unlock Vyse in Valorant.
- Play games to gather a total XP of 200,000 to unlock Vyse. The best options are long games like Unrated but you can play Spike Rush to get a decent XP as well.
- Buy the new agent Vyse from the in-game store for 1,000 VP. This option will be available during the event which lasts 28 days.
- Use Kingdom points to unlock Vyse after the event has ended for 8,000 Kingdom Points.
- XBOX Game Pass Perk, If you are a subscriber of XBOX Game Pass you will get instant access to all the agents. This will include the brand-new agent Vyse. You will need to connect your Riot account to the XBOX Game Pass via the XBOX app to get access to Vyse.
