What is Varlamore, and why should you go there?
So Varlamore is a multi-part expansion of the game; it has introduced a brand-new kingdom and landmass to explore. Now the game has three regions, including this new Varlamore region. There’s the great Kourend, the kebos lowlands, and lastly the Varlamore.
Now, why should you go there? The first thing is the new combat content in it; there’s a new Fortis Colosseum, which is a high-level player versus monster minigame that drops unique rewards. Apart from that, there is also a mid-game bossing dungeon where you fight three bosses, and winning against them gives you a set of armor for each combat style: Ranged, melee, and Magic. Apart from that, there’s also a new storyline which continues the lore of Zeah Continent with a few new Quests to complete. The journey of the storyline begins with the Children of the Sun.

How to get there?
So getting there requires a little hustle. So firstly, you’ll need to complete an introductory quest, which will unlock several new Travel Options permanently. So go to Alina or Noah in Varrock Square, complete the quest, and After Completing the Children of the you’ll get access to Varlamore and the whole new storyline. Now can use the quest giver’s contact Regulus Cento. You will find the guy just outside the eastern gates of Varrock. Talk to him, and he will fly you onto a giant bird named Quetzal to Varlamore for your first visit. After this first visit, there are going to be several easier ways for you to go there. Here are some of them:
- Quetzal Transportation System: to use this, you have to complete “Twilight’s promise” quest, which is the second quest of Varlamore. This will allow you to fly between several pre-built and player-built landing sites across Varlamore.
- Ring of Dueling: Earn 12,000 Glory at the Fortis Colosseum. After earning this much glory, you’ll get a teleport option that’ll take you directly to the colosseum’s entrance.Â
- Charter Ship: You could use coins to charter a ship system to sail to Civitas Illa Fortis or Sunset Coast ports.
