League of Legends Season 1 Trailer introduces Mel
League of Legends is playing really smart with 2025 and the new trailer for Season 1 for LoL is bringing back Arcane. As it was leaked before LoL is going in the next season with Noxus Theme. Mel appears in the new trailer and we can see her full transformation alongside other legends like Katarina, Elise, Trundle, and Darius. Black Rose also makes an appearance, intriguing everyone eager for more lore developments.
This confirms Mel is going to be the next champion joining LoL’s roster. The showrunner added “I think we were all, in the writers’ room, thinking ‘we’re making something badass and unique here – hopefully, fingers crossed, they’ll put her in the game.’ I think that was always our hope that some of the characters in the show would go to the game and vice versa,”
Season 1 brings a new coat of paint to the map, an Epic monster named Atakhan, and Feats of Strength – a system that replaces the gold bonuses from First Blood and First Turret.
“Whichever team first completes two of the three Feats of Strength (First Blood, First Turret, and Monster Slaying) wins the Feats for that game and will have their Tier 2 boots upgraded to their Triumphant versions. Later in the game, the Feat-winning team will also have the opportunity to upgrade their Tier 2 boots to Tier 3 by spending gold. But in order to do so, they must have at least two legendary items in their inventory.”
Moreover, we’re getting ton of new skins and cosmetics. As well more details about the new map and overall changes coming to LoL will be updated soon by Riot Games.
