League of Legends is getting a brand new Champion in live client with Patch 14.22. Ambessa is the new Riot Games Champion for LoL. Patch 14.22 will be deployed in early November. Ambessa offers a lot of dashes. She is a solo lane Champion and offers AD. Her main abilities use energy like Zed and dashes.
Ambessa is going to be the final Champion to be added to LoL in 2024 and Season 14. Apart from the recent layoffs announced by Riot Games for League of Legends. The game is still in good hands and getting new champions.

- Passive: Drakehound’s Step
- Q: Cunning Sweep / Sundering Slam
- W: Repudiation
- E: Lacerate
- Ultimate: Public Execution
Ambessa’s Passive Drakehound’s Step
When you are attacking with Ambessa or using a movement speed ability. This will allow her to dash in a small distance. This will carry on to her next ability as well.
Ambessa’s Cunning Sweep/Sundering Slam
With this ability, Ambessa sweeps her weapon in a half circle towards the front. Upon hitting an enemy this will transform to the next cast, allowing her to slam her weapon in a straight line in front.
Ambessa’s Repudiation
This ability allows her to gain a shield and slam the ground as well. Upon blocking any damage from enemy players and towers, she will get additional damage.
Ambessa’s Lacerate
This allows her to whip her weapon around herself and deal damage with slowing enemies. She can also use this ability again due to her passive ability.
Ambessa’s Ultimate Public Execution
Ambessa’s Ultimate Public Execution allows her to get to the last enemy and suppress them all. She next slams the enemy into the ground and stuns them.
All of Ambessa’s abilities are really cool. She has a kit of different champions merged. Her Q ability is similar to K’Sante and her ultimate is also quite similar to that of K’Sante. While, here animations look similar to those of Kayn and a few other champions in LoL.
She’s a unique champion and offers different traits from fellow champions. Ambessa’s Passive gives her enough boost and makes her stronger in extended fights. Her Q ability is one of her main abilities which can be used for trades. Mixing it up with her passive, she can be unstoppable.
However, her W ability is like any shield ability and you can use that to hold lanes. Animations of shield ability are pretty similar to Kayn and Sylas. Her ultimate is a unique ability kit but still, it’s quite similar to K’Sante allowing you to dash to the enemy and stunning them.
