If this is the correct deer stand, you will hear a noise when you get close enough. Make your way there and at the bottom of the deer stand, you will find a message from Jaeger. Search the letter under the ladder, bend down, and pick that note up. You need to grab that message, survive, and extract from the raid. One thing to note here is that the letter is stored in your Quest Items slot that you can’t see through the Inventory panel.

Keep in mind that the extraction location for the Woods is always one of the two southern bases. This is on the opposite side from where you begin.
