Apex Legends Winter’s Haunt Event Release date
Respawn has officially confirmed that Apex Legends Winter’s Haunt event will be live and begin on December 17, 2024. It comes right on time with Holiday and is also a holiday event. Moreover, it should stay live and you will be able to get all your exclusive skins and rewards from the event. We expect the event to be live till start of January 2025.
However, the exact date and time when the event ends is not confirmed and Winter Express LTM will also remain in Apex Legends until the next season arrives.
Winter Express mode
To those unfamiliar with the event, Winter’s Haunt has three squads attempting to capture a train and defeat all enemies. Unlike previous years, this version of Winter’s Haunt will have all Legends playable. All weapons can also be used, so players who have a favorite gun can get them ready.
Winter’s Haunt Event Skins
The Winter’s Haunt Event brings a ton of new cosmetics and skins to Apex Legends inspired by Holiday spirit. We have six new Legendary cosmetics skins. Players who love the grind can take part in the event and earn ice gems, a currency that can be used in this event to unlock rewards. Those who want to get the cosmetics right away will be able to do so through the Event Store.

New Bloodhound Heirloom
The Winter’s Bane heirloom for Bloodhound will be the biggest reward for this collection event. If you want to unlock it, you will have to get all 30 items from the event before it’s over. After that, the only way to get it will be through the Heirloom shop.
In addition to the cosmetics above, Apex Legends: Winter’s Haunt also has limited items that can only be gained through the event. Bloodhound has a new “Winter’s Bane” heirloom that can only be gained through this event. Players can also earn 150 Heirloom Shards. All of these items will be available through Winter’s Haun Apex Packs, which won’t have duplicates.
