WoW, tier sets are strong armor sets in the game that make your character much better at dealing damage, healing, or tanking. When you wear 2 pieces of a tier set, you get a special bonus that improves one of your important abilities. If you wear 4 pieces, you get another strong bonus.
Usually, how powerful the armor is does not matter as much as the bonuses it provides. So, if you want to do well in tough Dragonflight content, whether it’s player versus player (PvP) or player versus environment (PvE), you really need to wear a tier set.
In this guide, we will be covering all the available WoW tier sets that are available in Season 2 of Dragonflight and define what bonuses they grant on 2 Pieces and 4 Pieces of a tier set.
We are also offering WoW Boost service for our Dragonflight lovers! Starting from Gold, raids, PvP, collectibles, leveling and much more all available at immortalboost!
How to Get Dragonflight Tier Sets
The Primalist Class Tier Sets are special outfits made up of five armor pieces. You can get them by collecting tokens dropped by bosses in The Vault of the Incarnates raid. There are four types of tokens, and they are of different item levels depending upon difficulty level. These tokens start dropping after you defeat the fourth boss in the raid.
Here’s a list of the tokens and who can use them:
- Zenith Tokens: These can be used by Evokers, Monks, Rogues, and Warriors. The armor’s strength ranges from item level 389 to 398 for Normal, 402 to 411 for Heroic, and 415 to 424 for Mythic mode.
- Dreadful Tokens: These are for Death Knights, Demon Hunters, and Warlocks. The armor’s strength ranges from item level 389 to 398 for Normal, 402 to 411 for Heroic, and 415 to 424 for Mythic mode.
- Mystic Tokens: Druids, Hunters, and Mages can use these tokens. The armor’s strength ranges from item level 389 to 398 for Normal, 402 to 411 for Heroic, and 415 to 424 for Mythic mode.
- Venerated Tokens: Paladins, Priests, and Shamans can use these tokens. The armor’s strength ranges from item level 389 to 398 for Normal, 402 to 411 for Heroic, and 415 to 424 for Mythic mode.
Another way to get these sets is through the upcoming feature named Inspiration Catalyst. In patch 9.2, there was something called the Creation Catalyst that let players change their gear into set pieces. In the upcoming Dragonflight update, this feature will have a different name: the Inspiration Catalyst. This means players won’t necessarily have to go raiding to get the set. Just remember, you’ll need to wait about six weeks after the hardest raid, the Mythic Vault of the Incarnates opens.
Also, these Tier Sets can sometimes be obtained with a rare chance from the Great Vault. The strength of the rewards depends on how tough the raid is. To unlock all three choices of items, you need to:
- Beat 2 bosses in the Vault of the Incarnates.
- Beat 4 bosses in the Vault of the Incarnates.
- Beat 6 bosses in the Vault of the Incarnates.
Overall, the Class Sets in Dragonflight Season 1 have a really cool look inspired by proto-dragons. They’re made up of different parts that represent each class and together they create an amazing design.
