Valve has released the Crownfall update and launched a holiday event dedicated to the story of Skywrath Mage and Vengeful Spirit. This is just the first chapter of an adventure that will last several months. A separate section devoted to the storyline event has appeared on the official Dota 2 website.
Ascension Day: Comic
The comic represents a storyline in which the lovers Skywrath Mage and Vengeful Spirit reunite to try to prevent a threat to their kingdom. However, the conclusion of the Crownfall comic remains open and will depend on the outcome of the event.
Crownfall Storyline Event
Dota 2 has launched the first part of an event called CrownFall, where players participate in a given map to complete various missions and quests. Successful completion of tasks will reward players with tokens. The event offers three types of rewards, including Arcana items, treasure chests, and other prizes. The event is divided into four parts, but only the first part is available at the start, with the second part planned for release soon within one month.
Crownfall Event Rewards (Treasures, Candy Sack, Crownfall Coins)
1- Act I features two treasure chests, totaling 24 new item sets. You can unlock some of the sets just by playing!Â
2- Find Sithil and Quirt’s Candyworks Caravan on each Crownfall map to upgrade it and exchange your candy for hero sets, couriers, wards, and more. (There’s even a rare chance at Arcana!)
3-Earn Crownfall Coins by exploring different paths on the map. Collect 10 Coins to trade them in the Crownfall store for an approximate $7.99 discount on any item costing $7.99 or more. (The exact discount varies by region and currency.)

Pathfinder Pack (Midgate)
The Midgate Pathfinder Pack offers more map exploration and more rewards.
Purchasing the pack unlocks sidequests and special rewards on the map. In addition to the rewards available on the free path, the Pathfinder Pack also grants additional treasures, Crownfall Creeps, Immortal and completion items, extra Crownfall Coins that can be used to save on store items, and more. The price of the Midgate Pathfinder pack is $14.99 and the discount will be granted if Crownfall coins are used.
How to get Crownfall Tokens
1-Tokens can be obtained by playing the heroes required in each category. While every hero can provide multiple tokens for different categories, some heroes double the amount of tokens for a single category.
2-Each hero has a set of three tokens. If you win a match with that hero, you will receive one token of each category. If you lose, you will receive one token randomly from the three. Turbo matches grant two tokens for a win and none for a loss.
3-The earned tokens will remain in your inventory for the act until you use them to unlock later paths or events.

The dying goddess Scree’Auk has endowed Vengeful Spirit and Skywrath Mage with the last of her powers, for a $34.99 discount that can be availed through Crownfall coins They must use her dark magic to topple the treacherous queen of Skywrath.
