What is the new ilvl range for Mythic+ gear in Dragonflight? 

The minimum ilvl is 372, and the maximum is 405. In the Great Vault, you can obtain gear ranging from 382 to 421 ilvl without any restrictions.

Is it possible to obtain a new tier set by completing Mythic+ dungeons?

You cannot obtain pieces of a tier set as part of dungeon loot, but they may appear in the Great Vault. The ilvl of the tier set pieces will depend on the level of the regular reward in the corresponding Great Vault slot.

Which dungeons are included in the Dragonflight Season 1? 

The following are the participating dungeons: Ruby Life Pools, The Nokhud Offensive, The Azure Vault, Algeth’ar Academy, Halls of Valor, Court of Stars, Shadowmoon Burial Grounds, and Temple of the Jade Serpent.
