Here’s how the players can obtain Outbreak Exotic perfected weapon and catalyst.

The player can get the Outbreak Perfected Pulse rifle by moving towards the tower into the Monumental of Lights, which is the exotic archive. The Outbreak should not be found under the forsaken exotics but it will Explored from Red War exotics. The player must have the following resources and glimmers in their inventory section.

The reason why players will find the Outbreak Perfected pulse rifle under the red war exotics instead of forsaken exotics is that it did not require owning that year to annual pass where everything that’s in that forsaken section. To obtain the Outbreak Perfected, the player has to purchase it from the Exotic archives in the tower and you will find it only in red war exotics.

The Outbreak Perfected exotic weapon’s Catalyst extended the barrel. It is a weighty barrel extension that increases the range, decreases the handling speed, and moderates the controls of the recoil. The Second perk is Acura’s rounds, this weapon can fire longer distances so increases range the first origin trait is Outlaw precision which greatly decreases the reload time. The second origin trait is parasitism, this weapon does more damage to enemies based on the number of Siva Nanites that attach to them.

The final perk is a kill tracker for PVP or PVE and then the intrinsic traits which are the corrupted spreads. This exotic weapon creates Siva Nanite swarms on rapid hits and precision kills. Killing with this weapon will create red things coming out of the weapon and attach to the enemies which will create more damage depending upon the number of nanites attached to the enemies. This makes this exotic pulse rifle worthy to use during the killing.

This ties in with the Catalyst because the catalyst is the only thing that multiplies the nanite damage and enemies that are killed due to nanites attached to them also generate more nanites. The Outbreak Perfected Weapon is better but the addition of a catalyst creates more nanites that will lead to more damage to the enemies.
