Legue of Legends has released a new balance patch 25.08 which covers a ton of upcoming changes to Champions. Some changes are also coming to items in the new patch. Annie and Yorick are the main highlight for Champion changes and new patch will change how the Champion plays. Yorick is getting nerfed back slightly after his recent buff in the previous update.

League of Legends Season 2 Spirit Blossom
League of Legends revealed the upcoming Season 2 details in a developer livestream on April 15. Spirit Blossom will feature new region, Ionia with new stories and mysteries to uncover. There will be special events upcoming that will go with the theme of the season. Jungle and Support roles will be receiving major changes in Season 2. This will help change the current meta in competitive queues and Esports. World Atlas will be a pre-load for Support players in this season. This will make them less flexible but will does help focus more on their roles.
Riot Games is making this change to help ensure early game lane switching is lowered. More gameplay changes are also coming for grief in LoL. Ranked players will get grief protection this will help with player skill level to remain accordingly to their ranks.
Major Changes in League of Legends Season 2

Spirit Blossom Theme
Summoner’s Rift is getting a revamp with new blue and purple trees. This is to ensure Spirit Blossom season, and it looks really pretty. The base is also in blue water and it reflects the new region Ionia perfectly.
Brawl Mode
LoL is getting a new game mode in Season 2 called Brawl, this will allow player to test a more fast paced 5v5 combat. Brawl is set in Bandle City, home of the beloved Yordles. Its main objective is to push your own minions to the enemy’s base while protecting your own. These will be shorter matches and is a good way to player other game modes than ranked.
Yunara New Champion
Yunara will be the newest addition to LoL and the new Champion arrives in Season 2. We also got our first cinematic look at the new champion which shows here purple hair, eyes and flower power outfit. Yunara will come to Season 2 at sometime in middle of the Season. We think she is a marksman role and she has a direct link to this season’s storyline.
New Skins
New skins and cosmetics will arrive in Season 2. Spirit Blossom skins will return, including options for Ashe, Irelia, Bard, Varus, Zyra, and Ivern. In the Act 1 Battlepass alone, players can earn Prestige skins for Lux and Zed, Spirit Blossom Ivern and a new Pool Party Twitch. A Morgana Exalted skin will arrive sometime soon, and Aphelios will get a fresh Mythic skin.
