Surprisingly, Valorant is also getting a new Episode 9 Act 2 patch on the same. There are going to be a few downtimes for all of them.
Here’s everything you need to know about the TFT patch 14.17 for Set 12.
Major meta changes in TFT patch 14.17
Set 12 is set to receive the biggest changes in the game with patch 14.17. This patch is more focused on upgrades to help buff some units, traits, and different augments that have been not focused on before and remained out of light. The oppressive reroll meta is finally about to end which has been annoying because of auto battler. It’s time to rank up to Challenger with meta finally shifting and getting your strategies in place for the fresh update.
Ahri getting nerfed once again
Ahri has been in the limelight and main focus since patch 14.16B. Despite the new patch being focused on buffs, Ahri remains unlucky and is getting hit with a Nerf once again. Scholar reroll composition is broken and seemingly very strong. According to players spamming Ahri, She’s receiving an albeit nerf to control her in this patch.
According to Riot, their main goal in TFT patch 14.17 is to basically reduce the gap between reroll and four-cost carry comps.
Patch 14.16B focused more on nerfs to bring down overpowered champions and traits but the meta remained untouched this patch is helping shift the meta to other champions and traits with incoming buffs.
