Tarisland Class Tier List 2024 – PvP, PVE, Solo, Endgame

Tarisland is one of the most popular MMORPGs in the spotlight in 2024 and was released on June 21, 2024. Players can explore a vast world, delve into challenging dungeons, and engage in epic raids, all with a classic fantasy art style. The game offers nine classes with two specializations each that allow players to customize their builds to suit different playstyles. I’ve recently been playing a new game with a lot of classes, specialization options, and builds, this is a Tarisland and is now available on both PC and mobile. Featuring raids, PVP, a vast world for exploration, and a diverse class and build system.

Best class tier list

Tarisland presents you with a world created by 3 entities, also named “Gothos” in the world of Tarisland: Fatuina, Nihilox, and Erobos. Choosing the right class can significantly impact your gameplay experience in Tarisland. Whether you’re looking to deal maximum damage, support your team with healing and buffs, or tank formidable foes, learning the strengths and weaknesses of each class is important. Tarisland promises us completely non-P2W gameplay and choosing the right class depends on your preferences and playstyle.

I’ve been asked to create a new beginner guide to help you get started on your Tarisland Journey. In this guide, we’ll be reviewing every class in the game including their themes, group roles, and abilities plus which classes are best for beginners, classes to play for Solo and endgame, and best classes for PvE and PvP.

Tarisland Classes

According to Tarisland’s official website, there are a total 9 playable classes for you to choose from in the game, including: Bard, Barbarian Fighter, Paladin, Priest, Ranger, Shadow Swordsman, Mage, Phantom Necromancer, and Warrior. Each class will be separated into 2 specializations with different sets of skills in the game. Soon we’ll be able to see dual-gender classes as it’s in their development plan.

Bard

bard character from tarisland

The Bard stands out as one of the strongest classes in Tarisland. This class is well known for its versatility and impressive damage output. Bards are able to heal and provide buffs to the entire party. Their effectiveness in both group content and solo leveling makes them an excellent choice to utilize. Bard is perfect for you if you enjoy being a valuable team player who can switch between roles.

Bards also have a unique playstyle that involves abilities to maintain their damage, manage multiple skills, and support effectiveness. This can make them difficult to master but highly rewarding for players who enjoy a flexible and dynamic class. Their ability to adapt to different situations makes them essential in both PvP and PvE content.

Bards in Tarisland are artists on the battlefield, wielding the power of dancing notes. They have the power to heal allies, attack enemies, and offer allies buffs. The two specializations for Bards are Harmony and Solo. Those bards who choose Harmony as their path are great healers for their allies, while those who choose Solo are good at ranged damage with shocking sonic attacks. So, when playing as Bard, you perform the Healer + Ranged / Damage + Ranged role and can choose between Solo and Concerto specializations.

Bards excel in supporting their companions through their harmonious tunes and captivating melodies. This grants bonuses to their allies’ abilities and provides them with healing-over-time effects.

Barbarian Fighter

Classes Tarisland

Barbarians excel in serving as sturdy tanks and dealing massive damage. Their resilience and ability to boost the melee capabilities of their party make them the priority class for beginners. With high survivability and straightforward mechanics, Barbarians are ideal for players who prefer a brute-force approach or who are new to MMORPGs.

Their ability to sustain heavy damage while dishing out powerful attacks is one of the key strengths of Barbarians. This makes them essential in raid settings and dungeons where they can protect more vulnerable party members. To ensure the safety of the team, their crowd control abilities can help manage large groups of enemies.

Barbarian fighters are the bravest warriors while having a much more robust body and were born as one of members of the Snow Lion Clan. The aspect that makes their melee attacks and defense skills more powerful is that they possess the power of frost and thunder, fearless as they soak themselves in blood on the battlefield. The two specializations for Barbarian Fighters are Thunder and Frozen. Barbarians who choose to learn Thunder specialization are able to deal high damage with their unstoppable melee attacks while those who are in Frozen specialization are in the role of tank, offering healing and damage reduction.

This class offers players a chance to be a master of raw strength and elemental powers that will make them a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield. Barbarians in Tarisland offer a thrilling and powerful gameplay experience, whether it’s wreaking havoc with thunderous strikes, smashing through enemy lines, or freezing foes in their tracks.

Paladin

paladin class from tarisland

Paladins are versatile, able to tank, provide useful buffs, and deal damage. Their flexibility makes them a solid choice for players who like to switch roles because they do not excel in any one area. Their self-healing abilities and heavy armor also provide extra durability that makes them reliable in various scenarios, especially in PvP.

Paladins are incredibly valuable due to their ability to fill multiple roles in a party. Whether you’re providing support with buffs and moderate healing or stepping in as a tank during a tough raid, Paladin ensures that any group can adapt to changing battle circumstances. Their crowd control abilities are useful for helping to manage enemies effectively during intense encounters.

They will never give up their pursuit of justice, vowing to banish evil until the end of the world and protect all normal beings. They are outstanding both in communication with humans and combat. The two specializations for Paladins are Guard and Justice. Those who specialize in Guard will appear in the first line of their teams to protect and heal everyone, while the players who specialize in Justice are always on the way to fight for justice, using their hammers and divine swords. They also possess a special power called Judgment Power.

This specialization is focused on eliminating threats swiftly and dealing with damage. Paladins can draw the attention of enemies while their allies carry out their objectives and take on the role of a dependable frontline protector with the Guardian specialization.

Priest

priest from tarisland

With decent damage-dealing capabilities, Priests are exceptional healers. Their main goal is to keep the party alive, making them crucial in group content. Priest is an excellent choice if you enjoy playing a supportive role and ensuring your team’s survival. Priests can also spec into damage that makes them more class than most would expect.

Their ability to switch between healing and dealing damage makes them adaptable in various scenarios but they don’t outshine primary DPS classes. Their buffs increase the party’s overall performance which makes them a key point in any dungeon group or raid.

The two specializations for Priests are faith and prayer. Faith Priests are capable of unleashing the radiant Might of the Faith, inflicting grievous wounds while Prayer Priests are omnipotent healers and can offer restorative capabilities to the entire team with the power of Holy Wings.

Priests can heal wounds, clear away the darkness of the road ahead for their allies, and banish evil. When playing as Priest, you perform the Healer + Ranged / Damage + Ranged role and can select between Pray and Faith specializations. Priests provide essential healing amid battle as they excel in supporting their allies. To level up and farm on their own without relying on allies, they can also be solid damage dealers.

They can deal damage to enemies while maintaining their core support role as this class also possesses divine offensive capabilities. While the Elf Priest focuses more on support abilities and nature-based healing, the Human Priest specializes in wielding holy light and possesses a versatile skill set.

Ranger

ranger tarisland character

Rangers are top-tier damage dealers in Tarisland who specialize in ranged attacks. Due to their high damage output, they are the key asset in any party. While their mobility tools help them avoid danger, they require careful positioning due to their lower health. For players who prefer to attack from a distance, the Ranger class is for you.

Their ability to maintain a safe distance and kite enemies while dealing damage makes Rangers particularly effective in PvP and solo play. They can use abilities and lay traps that immobilize or slow enemies, adding a layer of strategy to their combat. This makes Rangers an engaging and fun class for those players who enjoy tactical gameplay.

The two specializations for Rangers are Hunting and Tamed Beast. Those who specialize in Hunting Specialization are well-known for brilliant archery skills, while those who are in Tamed Beasts can communicate with beasts and make them assist the whole team as allies. Rangers are good at persuading beasts to become allies and for using weapons and traps to hunt down beasts.

Here are some of the skills available to Rangers:

·       Scatter Shot

·       Steady Shot

·       Hunting Ground

·       Heart of Hunter

·       Arrow of Corrosion

·       Rapid Arrow Shot

·       Sniper Shot

To deal significant ranged damage, these skills enable Rangers to apply various effects to their targets. Rangers are lethal ranged warriors and flexible with superb marksmanship skills. If you perform the Damage + Ranged role then you can choose between Taming and Hunting specializations. They are also true masters of setting traps and taming beasts. Rangers never let enemies come too close to attack them, that’s why a lot of players consider Rangers to be among Tarisland’s best DPS classes.

Shadow Swordsman

Shadow sswordsman from tarisland

Shadow Swordsmen are stealthy and agile which delivers high damage while staying on the move. To be a fun class to be played, their playstyle is engaging and unique. Shadow Swordsman is a great pick for you if you enjoy a more dynamic and fast-paced combat experience.

To be deadly in both PvP and PvE, their stealth abilities allow them to surprise enemies and deal with critical strikes. Positioning and managing their cooldowns is key to maximizing their effectiveness. This class is ideal for players who have good situational awareness and who enjoy a hit-and-run playstyle. Shadow Swordsman emerges from the darkness and vanishes into thin air, leaving no traces.

The two specializations for Shadow Swordsman are Dueling and Cunning. For poison and for being silent, the Shadow Swordsman takes full advantage of their talents. They are also fatal assassins because they use poison to toxicate enemies secretly. The daggers in their hands promise a sweet, quick death for their enemies, while Dueling Shadow Swordsman can make sure their movements are precise and swift.

Shadow Swordsman class should be your priority if you are looking for Tarisland’s best class for PvE. In PvP, this class has the unique advantage of a stealth skill for ten seconds and is huge for getting around the battleground or escaping death in the Arena.

Mage

mage from tarisland

Mages are known for their tremendous damage output because they are capable of unleashing devastating spells. Their low survivability requires strategic play and careful positioning. Mage is an excellent choice for those players who prioritize damage above all else and can manage their positioning.

Their crowd control abilities and ability to control the battlefield with area-of-effect spells make Mage valuable in both solo and group play. Due to their high threat level, players need to be quick and strategic because they are often targeted first in PvP. Mages are essential for clearing waves in dungeons and raids, as they excel at dealing with groups of enemies.

The two specializations for Mages are Fire and Frost. Fire mages are more brutal, hitting enemies right with fireballs and without chanting, whereas Frost Mages are good at striking enemies with frost and slowing them down while creating a battlefield advantageous for teammates. Mages are good at the manipulation of Ice and Fire which makes them extremely powerful in terms of ranged damage. To create the best combat situation for themselves and their allies, they know how to utilize the balance of space and elemental forces.

Some of these unique abilities possess some powerful spells like:

·       Ice Storm

·       Arcane Missile

·       Lightning Bolt

·       Fireball

Mages can influence the battlefield with their single-target and AoE spells as they specialize in elements such as fire, ice, and lightning. If you perform the Ranged + Damage role, you can choose between Flame and Frost specializations. Mages have a deep understanding of magical energies that allow them to release powerful spells and shape the battlefield to their advantage.

Phantom Necromancer

phantom priest class

Phantom Necromancers offer some healing capabilities and decent AoE damage. However, they currently lag behind other classes in terms of performance. This class might rise in the ranks with potential future buffs. To provide an additional layer of strategy, Phantom Necromancers can summon minions to aid them in battle.

Their ability to heal allies and drain life from enemies makes them flexible but not as powerful as other classes in their roles. These are the best choices for the players who enjoy a hybrid playstyle.

The two specializations for Phantom Necro are Soul Snatch and Soul Healing. Phantom Necromancers with Soul Snatch specialization are better at ranged damage while Phantom necros with Soul Healing Specialization are more in the role of healers. This class has the following pros and cons in Tarisland.

Pros

·       Best Single Target healing

·       Can spec for raid healing if required

·       Best PvP Healer

Cons

·       Hard to play

·       Weak DPS spec

Necro is all about pre-mitigating damage by building your class passive up for strong heals with Blossoms and mechanics, and then spirit linking to better manage party damage.

Warrior

warrior from tarisland

Warriors are balanced fighters and can tank and deal damage. They are a versatile option to choose but they don’t excel in any particular area compared to Barbarians or Paladins. Warriors are expected to receive buffs in the future and that will enhance their standing. They are reliable in any group due to their straightforward playstyle and robust defensive capabilities. For the players who prefer a traditional melee combat experience, Warriors are a solid choice for them.

Courage and willpower are the source of their combat. They have a set of unique and mature defense techniques, good at using melee attacks, and sword and shield are their best moves to win any battles on the battlefield. The two specializations for Warriors are War Shield and Rage. Those who specialize in War Shield will be a master of defense, to provide the sturdiest support for their teams, while others who specialize in Rage can control their rage and make the best of their power to annihilate all enemies with their blade.

When you perform the Tank + Melee / Damage + Melee role and can choose between War Shield and Fury specializations. Warriors can aggregate rage in battle to unleash devastating blows upon their foes as they are the masters of melee combat. Their techniques allow them to deliver powerful strikes with precision and efficiency.

Tarisland Best Classes for Beginners

Some Tarisland classes turn out to be easier to master for newbies while others do not for being a super beginner-friendly game. Selecting the right Tarisland best class to start is crucial, as it can directly affect your gaming experience and the fact of how well you will be playing early on if you do not have enough experience playing MMORPGs.

You need to identify what characterizes a great class for beginners. It should be a perfect mixture of effectiveness and simplicity. Your starting class should have a high HP pool, straightforward mechanics, and be versatile and suitable for different content types. You can surely survive even in the toughest fights while providing the maximum impact possible by choosing a class like this.

Warrior is the best class to start, as it deals significant damage, a decent amount of Health, and has two completely different specializations to swap between. You can choose its Fury spec when it comes to farming and leveling. You can quickly change it to the War Shield one if you are about to enter a raid or dungeon run.

Make sure to pay attention to Mage as well. It can demolish enemies by using the elements of Ice and Fire. The ability rotation is quite simple and the only thing you need to be aware of is your positioning, so it’s not that difficult to master.

Tarisland Best Classes to Play Solo

Don’t worry if you don’t have any friends to play Tarisland, simply explore a large world of MMORPG games on your own. Paladin is Tarisland’s best class for solo because it can tank or damage dealer depending on what specialization you pick. You can level up and farm mobs all alone if you stick to the damage-dealing spec as this is extremely handy.

Pay attention to Priest if you prefer to play as a ranged class. Paladin is also the other class that features two opposite specializations and can be a damage dealer and healer depending on your choice. This class requires you to think ahead about your positioning in a fight and is also squishier. Ranger can be a decent alternative for gamers playing solo as you can go for the Taming specialization and summon a pet to fight on your sight.

Tarisland Best Classes for Endgame

It’s too early to speak of any endgame activities that Tarisland has to offer. First, you need to find out what awaits you when you reach the level cap and become ready to immerse yourself in truly challenging content. The following classes are best for the endgame.

Mage

Mage is a class in Tarisland that excels at the endgame content since it is the only ranged caster specializing in dealing with damage. It has no tanking or healing specs, which means that its damaging potential should be higher than that of any other class.

Ranger

This class is weak during the early stages of the game. When you gain access to specific abilities like mobility tools, you can see its full potential. This allows you to reposition around the battlefield with ease. Your pet will also become much stronger at the same time which allows you to deal extra damage and distract an enemy.

·       Cunning Shadowswordsman

·       Duel Shadowswordsman

·       Soul Healing Phantom Necro
