With the Overwatch 2 Season 12 out there have been a lot of new additions to the game and some balances. There has been a variety of changes to the game. With the new support Hero Juno<\/a> to new game modes. This brings us to the Season 12 buffs and nerfs to the Heroes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Overwatch<\/figure>\n\n\n\n



Overwatch 2 Season 12<\/a> also added a Wave Respawn in the game to make matches really smooth, they are also enabled in both Quick Play and Competitive matchmaking<\/a>. But the new buffs are very bold and players are concerned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zarya\u2019s Particle Cannon Buff<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

One of the most controversial changes to a Hero is Zarya. Players are completely in shock after Zarya got buffed. Blizzard buffed Zarya\u2019s Particle Cannon. Particle Cannon now does more damage after the patch. Zarya\u2019s Cannon damage has received a buff to 55 and the maximum damage is now 110. This has made players annoyed. Zarya being a tank doing this much crazy damage is totally broken. Also, she\u2019s one of the strongest Heroes in the game. She was already marked as an annoying hero to face but now Blizzard has put another nail in the back and buffed her attacks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sombra\u2019s Speed Buff<\/h2>\n\n\n\n


The new Season 12 buff to Sombra has made her movement quite fast. Meanwhile, her health was decreased. Her charge also increased impact from 25 to 35. Sombra mains are now pushing aggressively to tanks which is kind of a risky move. Sombra is a sideline player who should be behind tanks to deal great damage and provide cover from a distance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mercy Back to her old state<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

With Mercy received nerfs before Blizzard finally decided to buff Mercy and they increased her damage buff ability. Mercy is now a better support Hero than she was last season. She can now be a great help to counter enemy DPS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kiriko\u2019s crazy Kunai Buff<\/h2>\n\n\n\n


Another support Hero buff comes to Kiriko and players are more mad than ever. Kiriko\u2019s Kunai was good damage before but it does even more damage now. However, her health was reduced but players are still mad about Kunai damage which now does a whopping 60 damage which was 45 before. Players are calling Kiriko a \u201cbraindead\u201d Hero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zarya<\/strong><\/td>Particle Cannon secondary fire minimum damage increased from 47 to 55. Particle Cannon secondary fire maximum damage increased from 95 to 110.<\/td>None<\/td><\/tr>
Echo<\/strong><\/td>None<\/td>Health was reduced from 250 to 225.<\/td><\/tr>
Hanzo<\/strong><\/td>\u00a0None<\/td>Health was reduced from 250 to 225.<\/td><\/tr>
Junkrat<\/strong><\/td>Frag Launcher\u2019s projectiles preserve slightly more velocity on bounce.<\/td>Frag Launcher\u2019s projectile size is now reduced by half on the second bounce.<\/td><\/tr>
Sojourn<\/strong><\/td>\u00a0None<\/td>Railgun primary fire weapon spread was reduced from 2 to 1.6 degrees. Critical hits now grant 10 energy. The energy degeneration rate reduced from 33 to 15 per second after 7 seconds.<\/td><\/tr>
Sombra<\/strong><\/td>Virus Impact damage increased from 25 to 35. Bonus movement speed increased from 45 to 60%.<\/td>Health was reduced from 250 to 225.<\/td><\/tr>
Torbj\u00f6rn<\/strong><\/td>Armor increased from 50 to 75.<\/td>Health was reduced from 250 to 225.<\/td><\/tr>
Illari<\/strong><\/td>\u00a0None<\/td>Solar Rifle maximum ammo reduced from 16 to 14. Captive Sun projectile environment collision size reduced from 0.15 to 0 meters.<\/td><\/tr>
Juno<\/strong><\/td>Pulsar Torpedoes Damage and Healing impact increased from 75 to 85. Hyper Rings deploy range increased by 3.5 meters. Cooldown was reduced from 16 to 14 seconds. Orbital Ray Beam travel speed increased from 1.9 to 2.25 meters per second.<\/td>Health was reduced from 250 to 225. Mediblaster burst projectile volley rate of fire was reduced from 34 to 28 shots per second. Heal-over-time reduced from 60 to 50 health.  <\/td><\/tr>
Kiriko<\/strong><\/td>Kunai Critical multiplier reduced from 2.5 to 2x. Kunai Damage increased from 45 to 60.  <\/td>Health was reduced from 250 to 225. Kunai Recovery time increased from 0.5 to 0.55 seconds.<\/td><\/tr>
Lifeweaver<\/strong><\/td>Healing progress can now charge passively at a reduced rate. Healing Blossom no longer reduces movement speed when holding a full charge. Petal Platform duration only counts down while the platform is raised. Platform duration increased from 10 to 12 seconds.  <\/td>Platform now resets if no one is standing on it for 2 seconds.
Platform health was reduced from 400 to 300. Rejuvenating Dash healing reduced from 60 to 45.<\/td><\/tr>
