Overwatch 2 Season 12 release date<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Overwatch 2 Season 12 is set to release on Tuesday, August 20, 2024, at 11 AM PT\/7 PM BST. The teaser was announced on August 14, it revealed all the updates we can expect in the new season 12. It shows a snippet of the new Hero Juno and some new events coming to Overwatch 2. We also got our first look at the new Battle Pass and new Hero Master Courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Juno arriving in Season 12<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Juno is the newest support Hero added to the game. It has been 6 seasons since we got a new support Hero after Illari in season 6. Blizzard has revealed some of Juno\u2019s lore and she\u2019s the first character joining the game who comes from Mars. You can also see her ship entering the Earth\u2019s atmosphere if you look at the sky on Earth maps in season 11. Her ship landed in Dorado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Juno Hero Abilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Here are the abilities for new support Hero Juno in Overwatch 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mediblaster: <\/strong>Mediblaster is Juno\u2019s primary weapon. It is a Burst first SMG that heals teammates and deals damage to enemies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Martian Overboots<\/strong>: This is Juno\u2019s Passive and while in the air you can press Jump to double jump and hold Jump to hover.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pulsar Torpedoes<\/strong>: These are homing projectiles; they can heal allies and deal damage to enemies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Glide Boost:<\/strong> Juno can glide horizontally with increased movement speed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hyper Ring:<\/strong> Ring that increases the movement speed of allies when they pass through it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Orbital Ray<\/strong>: Orbital Ray is Juno\u2019s Ultimate ability. It\u2019s a ray that travels forward heals allies and increases their damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Overwatch 2 Season 12 Battle Pass<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

New Frontiers is the theme of Season 12 Battle Pass. It has an Egyptian cosmetic style. It costs 1,000 OW coins and the Premium version for 2,200 OW coins. Reaper is getting a new Mythic Skin inspired by \u2018Anubis Reaper\u2019. The skin includes multiple color schemes. We\u2019re also getting a Mythic Ana weapon skin. New game mode Clash<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Clash was a mode we saw first time in Overwatch 2 in Season 10. Clash will now be permanently added to the game. The new mode has five capture points and both teams need to capture points from the enemy team. The first team to capture all points or with the most points wins the match. It comes with two new maps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
