Marvel Rivals has revealed a new trailer for Season 2 Battle Pass showcasing 10 new costume skins for heroes. Season 2 Hellfire Gala will begin on April 11, 2025 with a new hero Emma Frost. In order to unlock all 10 hero skins players will have to complete the battle pass.

Marvel Rivals has revealed a new Pick-Up bundle, it comes with a orange Hyper Venom skin and a new Costume Coin that can help players get any free skin they want. In order to get your free skin, you can go to in-game store and choose your favorite skin and choose the Costume Coin. This is the first bundle of it’s kind offering a Costume Coin. There are more rewards in the bundle like Spray, Nameplate, Chrono Tokens and more.

Marvel Rivals codes are a good way to get free exclusive skins without spending money. These are special codes that you can redeem in your in-game store to get the cosmetics. Marvel Rivals Season 2 is bringing major changes to competitive gameplay and will raise level required to 15 instead of 10. Emma Frost will be added at the start of Season 2 of Marvel Rivals, which is set to begin on Friday, April 11th. We expect the season to start at 1:00 AM PT (9:00 AM UTC).

Emma Frost is the 10th Vanguard role added to Marvel Rivals and her unique abilities makes her stand out from the roster. She can play as a hybrid role by mixing her Human form and Diamond form where she becomes invincible to damage.
Here are all the Emma Frost Abilities in Marvel Rivals.
- Telepathic Pulse (Primary Fire/Left Mouse Button):: Fire a psionic beam to deal damage: the longer the beam hits, the higher the damage.
- Faceted Fury (Primary Fire/Left Mouse Button in Diamond Form only): In Diamond Form, deliver a crushing double fisted strike to enemies.
- Mind’s Aegis (Secondary Fire/Right Mouse Button): Creates a levitating barrier at the designated location.
- Crystal Kick ((Secondary Fire/Right Mouse Button in Diamond Form only): In Diamond Form, unleash a flying kick forward and knock back enemies; extra damage is dealt if they’re propelled into a wall.
- Carbon Crush (E in Diamond Form only): In Diamond Form, lunge forward to grab an enemy then execute a back slam to inflict damage
- Psychic Spear (E): Seize control of an enemy’s sentience–damage dealt to the sentience cascades to the physical form and can be pierced by Telepathic Pulse. When the sentience shatters, it unleashes extra damage on its owner.
- Psionic Seduction (Q/Ultimate): Project a forward psychic assault that stuns foes and prevents them from unleashing their Ultimate Abilities, if the effect lingers, it gradually commandeers their mind, forcing them to move toward Emma Frost.
How to Play Emma Frost
Emma Frost has two forms in Marvel Rivals. Her Human form which is default and a Diamond Form. Both of these forms have unique abilities which would require you to learn both playstyles.
Emma Frost Human Form
Emma’s main playstyle is Human from, she can play as a mid range Vanguard and use here shield and do burst damage. The best way is to play together with your team. Use her Ray Attack and spam it as much you can. It deals decent damage and you can use it to take control of areas with your team.
Also, keep Mind’s Aegis her shield in mind when playing. You need to keep using her shield to save yourself from extra damage and play by blocking and attacking.
Emma Frost Diamond Form
You can enter in Diamond Form by pressing Shift key on keyboard. She will turn into a diamond covering which makes her deal extra melee damage and her defense is higher. Diamond form works well if you’re focusing on a single enemy. It also works well when holding an objective, as you can take more damage and do more damage.
Similarly, in Payload objectives, you can use Diamond Form to help push ahead clearing the way for your teammates.
