The Spooky Season of the year is around the corner and Respawn Entertainment recently announced and released an exclusive Halloween Event for players to enjoy. This event is similar to last year’s event but with more twists and rewards, and is called Techno Terror Collection Event. It features a returning fan-favorite game mode from last year, changes and additions in the E-District Map for a more spooky experience for the sake of the event, and numerous cosmetics.

Techno Terror Collection Event Release Date & End-Time – Apex Legends
The new Halloween-themed event in Apex Legends called Techno Terror Collection Event was officially released on October 15, 2024, and it will be available until November 4, 2024. During the event’s availability, players can access the exclusive new game mode in the playlist and earn new cosmetics. However, once the event ends, all the new content and the exclusive cosmetics will be removed so get them while you can. You can also check the recent Heirloom drop rate explained by Respawn.
Everything in the Techno Terror Collection Event in Apex Legends
The Techno Terror Collection Event brings back the Trick N’ Treat Trios mode to the playlist, turns the E-District Map into nighttime with spooky jump scares around the map, and adds a total of 24 exclusive cosmetics including Legendary Skins for some Heroes.
The Return of Trick N’ Treat Trios Mode
If you don’t know the Trick N’ Treat Trios mode, it is a returning mode to this year’s Halloween event from last year. However, there are some twists this time in this mode, instead of acquiring ‘Candy’, players will face off against other players in the same fast-paced action, but they need to acquire and consume sweets throughout the match for various aids.
Consuming the sweets will give players EVO Points, charge their Ultimate, and charge the shield up to 25 points. Moreover, as you survive through the match, you will also find Copycat Kits which grant an extra ability from a random hero in the game. Your current Hero’s abilities will remain as exact, but an additional ability will be acquired as well, allowing you to outplay your opponents for the rest of the match.
E-District at Night
The E-District map has received various changes for the sake of the Halloween event and now the streets of the urban island are overrun by ”cybernetic abominations”. The city has become corrupted and you must fight and survive through the Stadium, streets, and alleys which all are infested with horrors. It is time to level up in the new overhaul and get exclusive Halloween-themed rewards.
Collection Event Items – Cosmetics
Lastly, there are 24 exclusive cosmetics in The Techno Terror Collection Event which players can earn by unlocking with Apex Coins or Crafting Metals, or opening Techno Terror Event Apex Packs. However, the Techno Terror Event Apex Packs don’t guarantee a certain reward as they give out a random one.
In addition to these cosmetics, there are Legendary Skins for Alter and Wattson. If you manage to get all of the 24 cosmetics before the event ends, you’ll automatically receive Pathfinder’s Prestige Skin, “Apex Mecha,” which comes with the “A Blast from the Path” Finisher, and the “Block Party” Skydive Trail.
Moreover, there is also a Reward Tracker through which you can earn 1,400 Points by completing the daily challenges. Upon completing all of the challenges, you will receive an exclusive Mirage skin.
