Here are all the major changes from the Patch on November 14 in Apex Legends that you need to know.
- The Havoc and Devotion Weapon Mastery Challenges no longer require the Turbocharger to complete
- Loot Bin Resets now correctly eject unused loot
- Fixing some issues with Lifeline’s new tactical, including it not being correctly assigned to teammates
- Hard Combat Dummies have been reenabled in the Firing Range after resolving a related crash
- Players will now hear the correct wind-rushing noises when dropping in as Lifeline or Valkyrie
- The title screen now scales correctly on ultrawide monitors
- Various fixes for Rift Releics, including the Void Reflex Boost Kit and some related crashes
Weapon Mastery Challenge
The Weapon Mastery Challenge for Devotion and Havoc are now fixed. Before, there have been many reports by players that the challenges were bugged and not tracking in Apex Legends Season 23.
Moreover, some loot bins were not working and they have been fixed now. The bugs were upon opening the loot was not coming out and they will not reset. However, this issue is now fixed and works flawlessly now. More in-game challenges have been fixed and more to fix with a hotfix update coming soon.
Some minor bugs related to Valkyrie and other in-game items have been fixed in the patch on November 14, 2024.
One major bug related to shield is not yet fixed but Respawn has taken notes. They added “While it didn’t make it into this patch, we’re still working on a fix for the shield damage visual clutter and are looking to deploy a fix for PC clients tomorrow with a console fix coming at a later date. We’ll post again as we have more details!”
